I met Lana and her ex body-builder femme girlfriend at a winter queer family camp last weekend. They were hilarious and fun to talk with. When I asked if they identified as a butch femme couple, the femme said yes, but wanted me to tell her which one was femme. I think she was afraid I would get it wrong and was relieved when I didn't.

Last night I just happened to be at the local bowling alley for Valentine's Day (okay, not. I went for a butch birthday bash, and I was dressed all wrong, so I ate a soupy concoction of unmentionable french fries and cheese - but hey, gluten free! and watched while my partner, kids, the birthday butch and friends bowled).

The butches in question decided they needed a pic of their butts, and who am I to complain?
